Margaret F. Duffy, Age 87, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2017 at Northern Westchester Hospital, where she received tireless and dedicated care from her caregivers, nurses and physicians during her stay. Margaret was born April 2, 1930 in Freeport, NY, the daughter of Daniel and Edna Flynn. Margaret married Frank M. Duffy Feburary19, 1955 at St. Francis Church in Mt. Kisco, NY. Margaret is the sister of Mary Hart, Msgr. Daniel V. Flynn, Richard Flynn, and Thomas Flynn and is survived by her sister Mary and 5 sons; Frank P., David T., Andrew P., James D., and Charles P. Margaret was a dedicated wife, mother, caregiver and friend to many in her community. She started her working career with the New York Telephone Company in New York City and Mt. Kisco, NY. In addition to raising 5 sons, she worked tirelessly to contribute to her husbands local plumbing business and also went above and beyond to provide love and care for him during his life and illness. Margaret was an active member of St. Francis Church where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 27 at 10 am. Viewing services will be held at Oelker-Cox & Sinatra Funeral Home at 262 E Main St., Mt. Kisco, NY on Friday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.
