Henry "Hank" Trabucco, 84, a life-time Yonkers resident died peacefully on September 3, 2017. Hank served his country during the Korean War aboard the aircraft carrier USS Leyte. He was very proud of the service he provided to his country, was an advocate for Veteran's benefits and rights and volunteered his time at the VA in Yonkers. The discipline and patriotism that he learned in the Navy was exemplified by the way he lived his life and in the way, he raised his family. After serving in the military, Hank had a long career in corporate sales. Hank loved being with his family and friends. In his retirement years, he served as a Facility Manager at the Dunwoodie and Sprain Brook golf courses where he developed many long-lasting relationships. Hank was born on November 29, 1932 to Enrico and Maria Trabucco. He is the last surviving of seven siblings. Beloved husband of 59 years to Ann Victoria (Jenkofsky) Trabucco. Devoted father of Ann Marie, Henry, Tony (Karen) Trabucco and Jimmy Trabucco. Loving grandfather of Anthony Jr., Samantha Rose, Taylor and Henry Jr. Friends may call at the Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Ave. on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A mass of Christian burial will be held at The Monastery Church of Sacred Heart on Thursday at 10:30am. Interment at Saint Mary's Cemetery in Yonkers.
