George Fletcher 78 years old of Yonkers son of the late Joseph and Helen Fletcher died Saturday, December 30, 2017 after a short illness. He is survived by his wife Rose (Russo) Fletcher, 2 sons James and Michael, one daughter Lori Kazorck and one granddaughter Calli Kazorck all of Yonkers. Also surviving are two sisters Helen and Lillian and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Before his retirement, George worked as an elevator mechanic for Schindler Co. and was a member of the 101st Signal Battalion National Guard. Friends may call on Wednesday from 2PM to 4PM & 6PM to 9PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 499 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Thursday at 10:00 at St. John The Baptist Church, 670 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Yonkers.
