Jannie Lee Wiltshire, known to everyone as MOM J, of Yonkers died Sunday, June 17, 2018 at the age of 85. Jannie was born August 3, 1932 in Yonkers, NY the daughter of the late Clinton and Lucretia (Bryant) Williams. She was employed by the Alvin Lass Corporation in Dobbs Ferry as a Supervisor. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and cousin. She loved everyone and would try to help them the best way she can. Jannie was very funny and loved to tell jokes, she loved gospel music, loved to cook and eat fish, especially her collard greens, she loved making them and giving them to her friends and family, we will miss that special recipe she had. Jannie gave everyone a special name, she also enjoyed crocheting and knitting. Jannie loved when her children and grandchildren came to visit her and would always remind them how much she loved them and that God wants us to love everyone. Jannie Lee is survived by her children: Ricardo Wiltshire, Yasko Wiltshire, Mark Williams Wiltshire, Eunice Wiltshire, Charles Wiltshire, Jennifer Wiltshire, her step children Linwood, Tina, Nita and Allen. Jannie also adopted 7 of her grandchildren; Charles, Shanda, Quinton, Steven, Troy, Charles and Michael. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Bryant, 38 grandchildren and several great grandchildren, the Bryant family, the Green family and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Jannie was pre-deceased by her parents Clinton W. and Lucretia Wiltshire, her children; Ellamay Williams, Regg Wiltshire, Lucretia Wiltshire, Quinton Wilshire and Federica Wilshire, her siblings; Alberta Minton, Maybelle Gousby, Robert Williams, Anesta (Amos) Williams, Jonas (Morris) Bryant and Joseph Bryant. Friends may call on Monday from 10AM to 2PM at Sinatra Funeral Home, Inc., 315 S. Broadway, Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Monday at 1:30 at Sinatra Funeral Home, 315 S. Broadway, Yonkers. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery, Yonkers.
