John Francis Masella, a life-long resident of Yonkers, N.Y. died suddenly on 10/14/2018. He was born February 10, 1932 to Frank Rocco Masella and Rosa Denisi in Yonkers, N.Y. John was predeceased by his parents Frank and Rosa as well as his brother Rocky. He is survived by his longtime companion Annette Tomaselli, his daughter's Rosann Jeffcoat (Bill Bukovsky), Dorothyann Chapeton (James), his grandchildren, David Jeffcoat, Alexis Jeffcoat, Jamie Chapeton, John Chapeton, Frank Bukovsky, and great grandson Dylan Jeffcoat. John is also survived by his brother Anthony Masella (Joan), many nieces and nephews. John is also survived by his step-son Anthony Esposito. John was self-employed, Produce business John F. Masella, Inc. in Hastings-on-Hudson, N.Y.
Viewing hours will be on Wednesday 10/17/2018 from 4 - 8 PM at 601 Yonkers Avenue.
A funeral mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Church on Thursday 10/18/2018 at 10:30 AM followed by a private committal service at Ferncliff Crematory.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place. Memphis, TN 38105.
