Eleanor T. Lucrezia, 89, died peacefully after a brief illness, in Port St. Lucie, FL, on Saturday, September 5, 2009. She was born on November 14, 1919 in Alpine, New Jersey to Frank and Sophia Rubio and was a long time resident of Yonkers, New York. Eleanor was predeceased by her loving husband Louis in 2004. She is survived by her loving son Louis, Jr. and wife (Christina), her loving daughter Marie Caldara and her grandchildren, Brian and wife (Angela), Melissa, and Christopher Lucrezia, Thomas, Jr., Michael and wife (Danna) and Gregg Caldara. She was blessed with having two great grandchildren, Jacob and Emma Lucrezia. Eleanor is survived by her sisters Jeanne Pelose, Mary Pietropaolo and husband (Joseph), Dorothy LaVista, a brother Philip Rubio and wife (Mary) and she was predeceased by her sister Angelina Slaight. Eleanor is also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 10, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 at Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, New York. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Monastery in Yonkers, New York on Friday, September 11, 2009 at 11:00 AM. Entombment will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery, Secor Road, Hartsdale, New York. www.SinatraFFH.com
