John C. Fonseca of Mt. Vernon, NY passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2019. John was 44 years young and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. John was born in Connecticut in 1974 to parents Maria and Antonio Fonseca. He worked as a mechanic for the Department of Public Works for over 15 years. He enjoyed working on cars and loved the Yankees. John is survived by his mother Maria, sister Sandra and her husband Nate, niece Isabel and nephew Alexander, and grandmother Fernanda. There will be a funeral at Our Lady of Victory Church in Mt. Vernon on Wednesday, March 27 at 11am.
