Rosina Circosta, age 88, of Yonkers died Wednesday, May 8, 2019. Rosina was born October 18, 1930 in Calabria, Italy the daughter of the late Antonio and Pasqualina (Cessario) Vumbaca and migrated to the United States in 1972 and worked as a seamstress for many years. Wife of the late Michelangelo Circosta, who pre-deceased her on July 29, 2002. She is survived by 4 children: Pina (Michelangelo) Loccisano, Lina (Giuseppe) Frasca, Antonio (Mary) Tenore and Grace (Steve) Macri. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; 6 brothers: Michelangelo Vumbaca, Natale Vambaca, Giuseppe Vumbaca, Antonio Vumbaca and the late Giorgio and Francesco Vumbaca. Friends may call on Monday from 2PM to 4PM &7PM to 9PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 499 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Tuesday at 10:00 at St. Ann's Church, 854 Midland Ave, Yonkers. Entombment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Valhalla.
