Obituary of Pio Franquelli Jr.

Pio Franquelli Jr, July 11, 1942-June 9, 2019. Pio is survived by his wife, Catherine (Chirevas), daughter, Roxanne (Franquelli-Beras), her husband, Mario and his younger brother, Anthony, niece, Jilleien and nephew Anthony Jr.  Additionally, he is survived and remembered by his extended family. Pio proudly served his country and work for the U.S. Postal Service for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, watching westerns, hunting and fishing. A mass in his honor will take place on Friday, June 14, 2019 at 9:30am at St. Barnabas Church, Bronx, NY. His remains will be laid to rest at Gates of Heaven in Thornwood,NY. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to James J. Peters VAMC Voluntary Service
