Margaret Ann Manzino, age 88, of Bronxville, passed away on June 28th, 2019, at Calvary Hospital, Bronx, NY, after a three year battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. Born on May 20, 1931 in the Bronx, Margaret was predeceased in 2006 by her beloved husband of 56 years, John. Devoted mother of Richard (the late Nancy), Charles (Veronica), and Lisa Perito (Russell). Cherished grandmother of Marissa, Valerie, Michelle, Gregory and Christina, and Great-Grandmother to Liliana and Julia. Marge devoted her life to her husband, children and grandchildren, and will forever be remembered as an outstanding cook and baker, with a flair and love for entertaining. She prided herself in her beautiful and impeccable appearance, with never a hair out of place. She spent her later years volunteering at the Bargain Box at Lawrence Hospital in Bronxville, and enjoyed her time there and the long lasting friendships she made. Her kind, giving, generous nature will be sorely missed by those who loved her. Visitation will be Sunday, June 30, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Sinatra Memorial Home, 499 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, NY. Funeral Mass will be Monday, July 1, 2019 at 10:45 a.m. at St. Barnabas Church, 409 East 241st Street, Bronx, NY. With gratitude for the compassionate care Margaret received at Calvary Hospital, donations may be made to Calvary Fund, Inc., P.O. Box 235, Hartsdale, NY 10530.
