Obituary of Thomas Lore

Thomas J. Lore Eastchester, NY Tom Lore passed away at the age of 69 on July 8th, 2019. He was born in New Rochelle on March 26th, 1950 to Salvatore and Catherine Lore (nee Bartucca). Tom married his high school sweetheart, JoAnne, on April 9th, 1970. They moved to Eastchester in 1978, where Tom later served as president of the North End Civic Association. Tom was a successful electrical contractor for over 40 years, an avid collector of military antiques, a passionate hockey player, as well as a well-respected coach for several local hockey teams, and a wealth of historical knowledge. Tom is survived by his wife of 49 years, JoAnne, his children Sally-Ann Lore, Tom Lore, Jr. (and Amanda Garces), Suzi Kotlar (and Elvis), his grandchildren Shane, Hank and Lorelai Kotlar, and his brother Eric Lore. A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 15th, 4-8:00 pm at Sinatra Memorial Home at 499 Yonkers Ave. Yonkers, NY. A memorial mass will be held on Tuesday, July 16th at 11:00 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Scarsdale, NY. Tom will be laid to rest at Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale, NY.
