Olga Pavelchak, age 102, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 13, 2019. She was born in New York City to her parents Dmytro and Dora Pavelchak. Olga was a New York resident most of her life, residing in the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson. She worked at AT&T as a telephone operator and advanced to the position of Executive Secretary. Olga had a passion for travel. She also loved to play golf and spend time with family. She was an active parishioner at the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church in Yonkers for many years. Olga is predeceased by her beloved sister, Anna Haszko (2013) and beloved brother, John Pavelchak (2001) and 1 niece Olga Pavelchak. She is survived by three nephews, Andrew Haszko and his wife Kathleen, John Pavelchak and his wife Rene, and Richard Pavelchak; Eight grand nieces/nephews Andrew Haszko, Anna Haszko-Hudak, John Pavelchak, Jenne Pavelchack-Travis, Mark Pavelchak , Matthew Pavelchak, Sarah Pavelchak-, and Luke Pavelchak; and Five Great Grand Nephews and Four Great Grand Nieces. Friends and family are invited to gather at the Sinatra Memorial Home 499 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers NY 10704, on Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 9:00am – 11:30 for a visitation. Funeral service to follow at the funeral home at 12:00pm. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings on Hudson, NY
