Rose Gloria "Rosie" Moretti (nee Attanasio) Born, June 6, 1921 in Yonkers,NY. Loving wife of Natale (Nat) Moretti (Jan.6, 1919—April 4, 2002). Married August 8, 1943 at Mt Carmel Church Yonkers, NY. Survived by her two sons, Kenneth and Drew Moretti, daughters-in-law Karen and Maryanne Moretti. Adoring Grandmother to Danielle Moretti Hawkins, Laura Mosely, Olivia and Julia Moretti, and Great-granddaughter, Isabel, all of Richmond Virginia. Daughter of Pasquale and Bettina Attanasio of 156 Waverly St. Yonkers NY. Sister to Philomena (Fay) Attanasio-Arena and Josephine (Jo) Attanasio, brothers Arthur Liberatore, Lawrence Baldasare and Joseph and James Attanasio. Also survived by countless nephews and nieces. Worked as a seamstress during WWII making American Flags at the Alexander Smith Factory. Stay at home mother until 1969 and then worked for Technicon Medical Supply until the 1990's. Loved dancing, cooking, Frank Sinatra's music, world travel and was a truly family oriented woman. Survived the Great Depression, Prohibition and WWII. Lived a miraculous 2 Millenia and 10 decades. Friends may call on Sunday from 3 to 7 PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 499 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Monday at 10:30 at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 499 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers. Interment will be in Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale.
