Dominick V. Russo "Peepo", age 85, of Yonkers died Saturday, October 10, 2009. Mr. Russo was born July 5, 1924 in Bronx, NY the son of the late Joseph and Emma (DeLuca) Russo. He served in the Army from 1942 to 1945 during World War II. He was the proprietor of Royal Private Taxi in the Bronx. He is survived by his beloved wife Rose "Tootsie" (Grotto) Russo, one daughter: Rosana (Michael) Szabatura of White Plains, NY and one son: Richard Russo of Yonkers, NYand a grandaughter, Ava Szabatura. Friends may call on Monday from 5 PM to 9 PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Tuesday at 10:30 at St. John The Baptist Church, 670 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Yonkers. Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Westchester
