Elisa Cianfaglione, age 95, of Yonkers died Monday, February 17, 2020 at St. John Riverside Hospital of Yonkers, NY. Elisa was born January 23, 1925 in Pratola Peligna, Italy. She is the daughter of the late Giovanni and the late Rosa (DiMattia) DiBacco. She married Nunzio Cianfaglione. She was predeceased by her husband, Nunzio, in 2017. She is survived by one daughter: Luciana (Pete) Altero and one son: Emidio (Maria) Cianfaglione; She also has five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; Grandaughter, Laura Cianfaglione; Granddaughter, Jennifer (Dan) Carvino; Granddaughter, Christina (Arthur) Viggiano; Grandson, Peter (Paula) Altero; Grandson, John Altero; Great Granddaughter, Mia Elisa Viggiano; Great Granddaughter, Luciana Viggiano; & Great Granddaughter, Emilia Carvino. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:45 am on Friday, February 21 at St. John The Baptist Church, 670 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, NY. Entombment will be in Ferncliff Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, 499 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Elisa's name to: Mt. Sinai Heart Foundation at: giving.mountsinai.org .
