Obituary of Julia Trotta Zottoli

On January 25, 1947, she married Pasquale (Patrick) Zottoli at Mt. Carmel Church in Yonkers. Mr. Zottoli died in 1999. Mrs. Zottoli graduated from the High school of Commerce in 1941. From 1941-1947 she was employed as secretary for the old Security Finance Company. In 1947 she retired to raise a family. From 1964 to 1966 she was a supervisor for the Union Pencil Co. in Mt. Vernon. She was later insurance coordinator of the treasury department of the CIBA-GEIGY Corp in Ardsley. After retiring from that she was again employed by George Lashery, DDS, in Bronxville until her retirement in 1993. Julie previously did volunteer work at St John's Hospital and Grinton I Will Public Library. She was a former member of the Racquet Club of Yonkers and the Coyne Park Senior Center. Julie was a member of St. John's Parrish. Julie was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and, her favorite, great-grandmother. She is survived by two sons, Dennis of Port Chester, and Patrick of Ossining, a sister Mary Liberatore, three daughters-in-law Diana Zottoli, Rosemarie Zottoli, and Lauren Lieber, three grandchildren, Patrick Zottoli, Alyssa and Jason Klein. She has two great-grandchildren Ava and Jade Klein. A sister, Ida DiPasquasio, and a niece, Stephanie Liberatore, predeceased her. Also survived by three sisters-in-law, Carole Mercurio, Rosemarie Colella, and Frances O'Brien, and several nieces and nephews. Entombment to take place on Wednesday, March 25. It will be a private immediate family funeral.
