Susan M. Pellicci passed away peacefully on Friday, April 17th, 2020 at the age of 94. Susie was born on August 14th, 1925 in Settafratti, Italy to Antonio & Colomba Tamburri. At the age of 12, she came to the United States via the S.S. Saturnia and settled in the Bronx, N.Y. with her family. In 1947 - surrounded by friends and family - she married the love of her life,
Gaetano Pellicci. Susie was predeceased by Gaetano "Guy" and by her beloved son Anthony Pellicci. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Rose Ann. Susie was a loving and dedicated grandmother to Guy DiSalvo (Kerry) & Farah DiSalvo (Richard); she was a doting great-grandmother to John, Ava, Lexi & Guy. She is survived by one brother, Peter Tamburri. Susie was predeceased by her siblings: Josephine, Dominick, Minnie, Albert & Theresa "Terry". Additionally, she is survived by many loving nieces & nephews. Susie's smile and laughter will be missed the most. The love she felt for her children and grandchildren knew no bounds. Her family will miss her dearly, but they take comfort in the beautiful reunion she had in heaven with her family and friends.
A Mass will be said in her honor at a future date.
