Charlie was a dear friend, a loyal colleague and a true confidant. He was a gentleman - always smiling - and instilled in me the value of teamwork and the motto of "failure is not an option." It was a privilege to know Charlie, to work with him and be his friend. I will miss him. I extend my deepest sympathies to Karen and the family.
