The last time I saw you was at my mother's wake. I am sorry that I did not get to say goodbye and will always remember how proud you were to help me find a wedding dress. Thank you for being a great uncle and for being there to celebrate some of the biggest events of my life from my high school graduation, college graduation, and wedding. Bendicion tio. My name is Juan Diego Santamaria. I attended High School with Ernesto's Middle son, Nestor Ramos. In My Senior Year, I lived with an older cousin ,so at eighteen, I was living on my own, sort of say. Therefore, on many occasions, I would spend time at Nestor's home and would often have beautiful and meaningful conversations with Don Ernesto and Dona Yolanda. I still remember sitting at the round or oval table they had in their kitchen. while sipping on CAFE Bustelo, Don Ernesto was charming and always gave me advise which I practice to this day. I always remember his calmness and positivity. I saw him for the last time this past February when I visited him at the hospital the night before one of his surgeries. even then, he had a presence of calmness and I remember him telling Nestor, Irving , Irving's friend and me. I feel good. I will be ok. That stuck with me. I will always make sure to keep calmness despite the difficulties in life. I am grateful that the lord put the Ramos family in my life and I had the honor, privilege and fortune to have received advise from such a beautiful, caring, and loving Human being. Don Ernesto, I will always have you in mind. REST in Peace.

Mr. Worldwide (AKA) Pit Bull AKA Ernesto,
I wanted to let you that I will miss you dearly that words cannot express the loss and void in my heart. i cannot wrap my head around that Heaven has called you to be an Angel. I miss our Saturday's hanging out with our Coronas and the famous put Alexa on so you can listen to music. All our jokes in the kitchen and my chicarron snacks that were bought on a weekly basis that were hidden in the microwave. I will miss our trips to Punta Cana and all the great times. I know we will meet again but until then please watch over your J-LO and the rest of the family. We love you and you will never be forgotten.

Tío Ernesto was as we say in Spanish “Genial”. He was an amazing person. Great husband, father, grandfather, uncle, friend and man. He was the life of every family gathering. Loving, kind, generous, happy his spirit was a ray of sunshine and goodness. You could not help but smile while around him. I loved this man. He was the absolute chillest person ever.
