Obituary of Ralph A. Milano

Ralph Alfonso Milano, age 89 of Yonkers, NY passed away Thursday August 6th, 2020. Ralph was born on January 7th, 1931 in the Bronx, NY to the late Mary and Harold Milano. He worked at Colonial Life as an insurance agent prior to entering the Air Force where he served for 30 years. Ralph was stationed at Westchester County Airport for the National guard and then at Stewart International Airport in Newburgh, NY where he held the title as Sr. Master Sgt. Ralph is survived by his wife Ann Milano, daughter, Deborah Gagliardi, Daughter in law, Denise Merritt; Granddaughters, Alyssa and Michelle Milano, Grandson, Gregory Gagliardi; as well as his Great Grand Daughter, Aria Grace Anastasio. Ralph was predeceased by his Beloved son, Ralph Milano and daughter, Denise Milano whom he loved and missed deeply. He was a huge fan of the New York Yankees and enjoyed playing golf with his friends at West Point. Ralph loved nothing more than to be surrounded by his family and his beloved dog Tappie, who brought him so much joy. He loved his girls very much and was honored to always take care of them, and he did just that. He was an exceptional husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather and will be missed very much. We are all comforted though knowing he has finally been reunited with his beloved son and daughter in heaven. Friends may call on Monday from 9:30AM to 10:30AM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 499 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Monday at 11:00 at St. John The Baptist Church, 670 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers. Interment will be in Gate Of Heaven Cemetery, Valhalla.
