Michael J Munchak Jr., 79, was born in the Bronx, NY on October 7, 1940. For over 25 years he was a chauffeur for Capricorn Limousine Co. Beloved father of Marie (Kevin Mullen) & Angela (Sal Scalisi). Loving grandfather of Brianna and Joseph Mullen and Amanda and Ashley Scalisi. Also survived by his sister Carolann Munchak.
In lieu of flowers contributions to the American Heart Association preferred.
