Obituary of Richard E. Wenzel

On Monday, October 19, 2020, Richard Eustace Wenzel passed away at the age of 62. He was born on Mother's Day, May 11, 1958. He was fondly known as Stacey to his sisters, brother, and close friends...and Uncle Rickey to his nieces and nephews. After attending Fordham Prep, he graduated from Fairfield University and gained a Degree in Business Management. Richard experienced a successful career in the safety and security industry, serving in administrative roles in some of the New York Metro Area's leading security firms. He was known for his love of family, quick wit, and his kind and compassionate spirit.

Richard was preceded in death by his father, William Joseph Wenzel and his mother, Anne Eustace Wenzel. He is survived by sisters Anne Marie Wenzel (Jeffrey Markgraf), Elizabeth W. Hansbury (Brian), Francette W. Nunziata (Joseph), his brother William Wenzel (Eileen), and thirteen nieces and nephews.
