Helen J. Burke, age 96, died Wednesday January 6, 2021. A
lifelong Hastings-on-Hudson resident, she was born August 23, 1924. She was the daughter of the late John and Helen Burke. Helen was predeceased by her sister, Frances Questo, brothers Walter, James, John and Clarence.
Helen graduated from Hastings High School and The Butler Business School. She worked many years for the Conrail Railroad and Metro North Railroad. She was a lifelong member of Saint Matthews Catholic Church. Helen was an avid reader and gardener who loved her family.
Helen is survived by many nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, there will be no visitation hours. A Mass will be celebrated at a later date.
