If you are a resident of Devon Plaza you are sure to have known Joe. He was the "Sentinel" of Devon and Chairman of the welcoming committee. He was omni-present, checking to see if you were adhering to the house rules. He knew everyone's schedule, the make of their car and where they vacationed. His hearing wasn't the best; but was the 1st to hear you playing disco after midnight. We shall miss him, but St. Peter will be overjoyed to welcome his new assistant. Diane & Carol Apt. 110
