Anna passed away peacefully on April 19, 2021.
Beloved Daughter of Nancy (Rubeo) and the late John Polockow. Dear Sister of the late John Polockow. Devoted Mother of Cathy (Michael) Gunther, Bryan (Lori) Chamberlain, Kevin (Allison) Chamberlain, Derrick ( Jennifer ) Candelaria ,Cecilia (Elton) Sangster, Julia Chamberlain, and Frank Chamberlain. Loving Grandma of Bryan, Thomas, Sean, Bryan (the 3rd), Michael (Mac), Miles, Dylan, Derrick ,Alexa and Steven.
She was known to welcome all into her home, to care for all who needed it, to always put others needs before her own, and to never let you leave without, "taking home some leftovers." She will forever be in our hearts and memories.
