Jane Monell was born on July 11, 1936 and died 2021 August 2. Jane lived in Puerto Rico for half of her life and moved to the USA with her two son's and daughter in 1967. Lived in the Bronx for 14 years and spent the rest of her days in Rockland County until she was 85 years old. Coming to America, Jane started working as a Seamstress, until the time came when she had to leave and take care of her son full time. This was due to an unfortunate accident, which left her son injured. She later took up a career as a beautician and continued working for ten years. She then continued working small jobs in retail for the following years to come. When Jane turned 55 she started caring for elderly and working as a live – in care provider. Jane stopped working at the age of 75 but she never stop being a mother to her children.
