Florence "RUSTY" Berardi, 85, died peacefully surrounded by her family on August 10, 2021.
Rusty was born and raised in Yonkers and married Romano "Ray" Berardi. She is survived by her daughter, Tami Piacente, her granddaughter, Danielle (Nicholas) Vezzuto and her precious great-granddaughter, Sofia.
Rusty worked at Loral Electronics and retired in 2000. But she did it all – from bartending at Dunwoodie Golf Course, dealing blackjack at private parties to checking coats at Mulino's, just to name a few.
Everyone knew Rusty. She was larger than life, one of a kind, beautiful inside & out. She loved to be surrounded by family & friends, was an excellent cook and was a host like no other. She will be missed dearly and her memory will live forever in our hearts.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 10a -- St. John the Baptist Church, 670 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704
