Lenore Lanzone, a longtime resident of Yonkers passed away on August 25, 2021 at the age of 71. Lenore is survived by her loving husband John, sons John and Michael and beloved grandchildren Samantha, Gabriel and Isabella. Lenore was employed as a nurse's aid at Saunders High School for 20 years. Her guidance and compassion was know throughout the school and countless students turned to "Mrs. Lanzone" for her sympathetic ear and sound advice during their trying times.
Lenore was a wonderful cook and was know for her amazing multi-layer antipasto and outstanding holiday dinners that would extend to for hours. Lenore was happiest when taking care of her family and was a constant inspiration to her boys.
