Jessie Theresa (Cardamone) Pezzulo, A beloved mother, and grandmother a lifelong Yonkers resident and parishioner of St John the Baptist Church died at age 90 on December 12, 2021.
She was born to Natale and Angela Cardamone on October 7, 1931.
She graduated from Yonkers High School of Commerce in 1949, married Louise Peter Pezzulo in 1958. Louis passed away in 1975 due to cancer. Mom worked for many years at the Dime Savings Bank in Bronxville NY. She is also pre-deceased by her only daughter Cara Angela Pezzulo born August 20th,1964 who passed away in 1986 due to a life-long illness.
She is survived by two sons John Paul Pezzulo, wife Rose (DiMartino) Pezzulo and Anthony Pezzulo, wife Patricia (Rohan) Pezzulo with three grandchildren Matthew Thomas Pezzulo, Gabrielle Elizabeth Pezzulo, and Brendan Michael Pezzulo. She is predeceased by brother Santis Cardamone from Florida. Surviving sisters are Patricia Cardamone, Rose Cardamone from Yonkers, and brother Michael Cardamone previously from Yonkers.
Visitation is on Thursday, December 16th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Sinatra Funeral Home, 499 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers NY.
