Connie (Consiglia) D'Andrea, aged 101, passed away peacefully at St. Patrick's Home for the Aged and Infirm, Bronx, New York. Born in New York City, she was the only child of Roberto and Caterina (Milianta) Griffo, both born in Italy. Connie is survived by her beloved husband of 16 years, Angelo George Ragone, her two sons, Robert N Lepre and his wife Marianne of Darien, CT, and Ronald P Lepre and his wife Nancy of Crystal Lake, IL, seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Connie lead a full life, loved people, who loved her right back.
Connie began her career as an accomplished seamstress designing and crafting wedding gowns and others fashionable woman's wear. When living in Naples, Florida, Connie had her own dressmaking business until the death of her first husband in 1980, Nicholas Lepre. before returning to live in Yonkers, New York.
Connie was predeceased by her husbands, Nicholas Lepre and John B. D'Andrea, and her parents.
Visitation is Tuesday, December 21st from 3:00 – 7:00 PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, 499 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, NY
