I only found out yesterday about the passing of Danny, who was our plumber for over a decade. Danny came highly referred by my former husband in 2010 after my father passed away. My mother was living alone in an older home on her own in Yonkers and needed a good, trustworthy plumber. Danny was so kind and fair to my mother. He handled many issues for her including a very big job several years ago before her passing. Danny continued to be our plumber after my mother passed away as well as a trusted, faithful, kind, knowledgeable serviceman - even more importantly a trusted friend. There was no one I believed in or admired more. His skills as a plumber along with his character were a gift and a blessing in my life. Danny was only here on November 28th and his passing is such a shock to me. I had been calling him recently but received no answer and of course I was concerned but never imagined God called him home. I only found out yesterday through an associate he worked with who I had reached out to a few weeks ago because I had not heard back from him. I wish I had been able to tell Danny that I loved him as a person and as a fair and kind man whose expertise in his field reflected who he was in every area of his life - an extraordinary human being. My husband feels the same way. Heaven has opened its doors to an Angel. My deepest condelences to his family. What a beautiful and rare man he was and always will be. There’s an empty place in my life and heart now. I am quite distraught. His kindness will be remembered forever. I hope and need to believe that my interactions with him over the years reflected my faith & trust in him and that he knew how much he meant to me. Danny you were loved and are loved forever … I will miss you now and always - Mary Beth Tormey Carlson

Danny was always happy. He and Viv were always dressed to the nines at any event. They both made life lived.
Danny and I were birthday buddies. He was so kind. He will be missed in our hearts.
