Condolences to all of the family.
Jim was such a nice gentleman. Since my great niece/nephew were babies my mom and I would walk with them past Woodstock and stop to chat with Jim. He loved to play with the kids and watch them as they grew up, first in their strollers, then tricycles, and bicycles, and roller blades. They are now 13/8.
Jim always had a smile and a kind word, even with all he was going through.
He will definitely be missed by all in the building, as well as the neighbors in the area.
RIP DEAR JIM.
