Agnes Santini, age 94, of Yorktown Heights, a lifelong resident of Yonkers died Saturday, April 9, 2022. Agnes was born May 23,1927 in Yonkers to Italian immigrants Antonio and Rosina (Mastroddi) Poggiogalle. She was employed as a dress maker by Woodhaven Dress Co., Yonkers, N.Y. Agnes loved knitting, crocheting, and gardening, she also loved to cook and bake for her family. She was a member of the St. Anthony's Alter Society. On April 5, 1959 she married Ettore Santini at Mt.Carmel/St. Anthony Church in Yonkers. Beloved wife of the late Ettore Santini. Beloved mother of Joanne Tuccillo and Antoinette Diffley. Loving grand mother of Andrea Tuccillo, Vincent Tuccillo, Andrew Diffley, Regina Diffley and Danielle Diffley.
Agnes was pre-deceased by her parents and her seven siblings. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4PM to 8PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 499 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral mass will be Wednesday at 10:00 at St. Anthony's Church Nepera Park, 10 Squire Ave., Yonkers. Entombment will be in Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale.
