My Deepest Condolences & Sympathies go out to Fran & his Family.
He was never nothing short of Gentleman & Caring person any time I had the Opportunity to sit with him many years ago.
I believe that he will Always look down from Heaven Upon Fran & His Beautiful Family with a Smile & With Great Pride for they are Truly his Greatest Accomplishment in Life. I will Keep You All in My Thoughts & Prayers.
