Bill, You will be miss on this and all days. Rest in Peace, my friend.
"For in our suffering, not apart from it, Jesus enters our sadness, takes us by the hand, pulls us gently up to stand, and invites us to dance.
We find the way to pray, as the psalmist did, "You have turned my mourning into dancing"(Ps 30:11), because at the center of our grief we can find the grace of God."

It's amazing how God chooses to call people home, in the same weak, same month, same class... I knew Mike Dzikowski about 20 years. He went home on Jan 15, 2010. He was also laid to rest at Sinatras. He also was the same age as Mike and went to the same gradeschool. They had to know each other pretty well. I went to a catholic school myself. It was definitely a safe place away from home. May the candle stay lit for these two gentlemen and their families, especially for Matthew... May he have fond memories of his Dad and know he lives on in his heart and soul and will always be with him... I know because I lost my mom when I was 11 y.o. May God Bless you all... Keep the candle burning...

A few months ago I bought the new Star Wars AT-AT because of the great memories I had playing with my friend's Star Wars toys as a kid. Those friends were Bill and Jon, who were huge Star Wars fans at the time. It was also at their house where I played my 1st video game on their Atari. To this day, both my brother Gene's and my interests have been heavily influenced as a result of our close childhood friendship with them. He lives on through us. We're deeply sorry to hear of his passing - Bill had a heart of gold and he will be missed.
