Obituary of Olga Fornabaio

Olga Fornabaio (Carlucci),96, longtime resident of Yonkers, died on July 9, 2022. She later enjoyed retirement as a snowbird with her husband Philip between Yonkers and Fort Lauderdale, where she enjoyed many activities with her church and friends. In her later years she resided in Mahopac and was active at her church as a Eucharistic Minister. She enjoyed cooking, her meatballs were a favorite with everyone in the family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She is survived by her three children Elaine Barclay, Philip (April) Fornabaio, and April (Marc) Waldbaum; two brothers William and Michael Carlucci and five grandchildren Mary, John, Robert, Andrew and Louis. She was predeceased by her husband Philip, sisters June Higgins, Margaret Ann Chocklos and son in law Bruce Barclay. Calling hours are at Sinatra's funeral home on Yonkers Ave from 3 to 7 pm Wednesday 7/13/22. Funeral will be Thursday 7/14/22 at St. Ann's at 10 am followed by burial at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
