Roberta Lerch
Bronxville, NY-Roberta Lerch, 85, died on July 22, 2022, at Calvary Hospital, following a lengthy illness. She was born October 8, 1936, in New York City, the daughter of Martha and George Leahy. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Jack Lerch, and her two brothers, Phillip and Lawrence Leahy.
Roberta was a court reporter who was one of the first women in NYC to start her own court reporting Agency. In addition to being a successful business woman, she was an accomplished painter and sculptor. She and Jack loved to travel and especially enjoyed cruises with the family. Roberta loved gardening, reading, and word games. She will be greatly missed by her children, Joyce (David), William (Rosemarie), Paul (Mary Lou), and her grandchildren: Cait, Kevin, Tom, Heather, Matt, Keli, Nicole, Denise, Victoria, and Rob.
Viewing to be held at Sinatra Funeral Home on Yonkers Avenue, Sunday, July 24, 2022. Visitation from 2:00-6:00pm.
