Obituary of Roland Velez

With great sorrow we all share the immense loss of Roland Velez, a beloved son, brother, uncle, father, husband and friend to everyone he met. We unexpectedly lost him early morning, Thursday September 8th 2022. He is survived by countless loved ones starting with his wife Danielle and their 3 children: the eldest Madison 19 and the 2 little ones, Dorian 11, and Abigail 7, plus 2 furry friends Molly Mae the Dog and Muppet the Ferret. He also leaves behind his extended family including his Mother and Father, Judy and Gilberto Velez, and his 2 older siblings and their families; Lizette and her son Jaden, who has been stationed in Japan as a Marine the past couple years, and then Gil with his wife Liz and their 3 children; Miranda, Justin and Olivia; aka Shrimp, Pablo and Libby-bird, to whom of which he lovingly "renamed" . Roland, jokingly known as Rolo, was many things but most notably known as the funny man with the heart of gold. Even in his own times of need, he'd always be there to help with a big goofy grin on his face and some stupid joke to try to cheer you up. Didn't matter who you were or where you came from he truly loved to bring everybody together with his extremely silly sense of humor. He was an avid DC Comics Superman fan and collector, huge animal/nature lover and most of all total family man. Not all the superman memorabilia in the world could ever come close to how important his family, especially his 3 kids were to him. They were literally his everything.
