Elizabeth Diane Fannelli the Daughter of Robert and Virginia Craig was born in Hackensack, Nj on Thursday January 11th, 1962 . She grew up in the Washington Heights section of Manhattan with her two loving sisters Barbra Reider and Suzie Policastro. When she was in 6th grade Robert moved the family to Yonkers Ny. Lizzie attended Gorton High School. She met her loving husband Joseph Fannelli in the neighborhood when she was just 13. On February 5th 1980 she became a mother and had her first son, Jason. Then came Joseph on April 29th 1982 her second and beloved son. Finally, Elizbeth her first and only daughter on November 10th 1984. Elizabeth devoted herself to her family. She had tons of love to offer and was always willing to help other family members when she could. She loved gardening and planting in the outdoors. She loved the ocean, waves, and sunny days. When it rained, she would find fun and interesting projects to do in all the families houses. Whether it be painting a table or the whole room, decorate with new colors, or demolition a wall. She really could do it all. From time to time, on the rare occasion when there really was nothing to do, you could find Lizzie sitting in the sun or in front of the fireplace at South Lake reading a romantic novel. The Adirondack's had a special place in her heart. Whether it was enjoying a sunset at Nana's Mountain house or out on a boat with her father Robert for adventure and fun. She loved its quiet, peaceful, and majestic beauty. Elizabeth's love and warmth will be missed by all. She was both a fantastic homemaker and a very hard worker. Elizabeth worked in hospitality for most of her life and also was a world class caregiver for elder people in her later years. Elizabeth was a great cook, great wife, great mom and grandmother, great daughter and daughter in-Law, great sister, and cool aunt. Elizabeth loved all her family very much.
