Francesca Trizano from Yonkers transitioned to our Lord on January 6, 2023 at the age of 27.
Frankie was born on November 10, 1995 to Steven and Ann Marie. She is survived by her beloved brother Steven, sisters Toni and Georgie and her longtime caregiver and best friend Gertrudis.
The family is forever grateful to Gertrudis who selflessly provided physical and spiritual care for 18 years."
