Angelo J. Beninati 81,  passed away peacefully at his home in Yonkers on Tuesday April 4th, 2023. Son of the late Dominick and Catherine Beninati, he  was brother to Josephine Spadinger (late James) and late Christine Nugent (Peter).

Angelo is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Loretta (Zukywich), his three sons: Dominick (Halina), Lawrence (Kim), Matthew (Marina).  He was blessed with nine grandchildren: Carlie, Christopher, Haley, Nicholas, Noah, Autumn, Sawyer, Chloe, Sophia, and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. 

Angelo had a long career as an Automotive Dismantler in the Bronx, owning Boyle Auto Wreckers. He was a jazz enthusiast, played the trombone in many theatre groups, and was an avid motorcycle rider. 

Family and friends may join us for a celebration of his life/memorial service at Sinatra Funeral Home on Wednesday April 12th from 4-8 pm.  In lieu of flowers consider donating to a charity of your choice in Angelo’s name.

Larger than life he brightened each day for so many.  Those who were lucky to know him knew laughter, felt his love, and experienced unwavering generosity.
