Obituary of Constance Revellese

Constance Revellese (née Birrittella), lovingly known as Connie, died peacefully on Friday, April 21, 2023. Connie, the second youngest child of Rose and Salvatore Birrittella was born January 19,1931 in Yonkers, New York. She was a life-long Yonkers resident, and was the beloved wife of Arthur Revellese, whom she married in 1952. He survives her. Together they raised their family in Yonkers. Connie is survived by two of her three sons whom she cherished, Arthur (Cathy) and Robert (Christy). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Lenny (Brittany), Dawn (Mike), and AJ, as well as her great grandchildren, Lenny, Lily, and Daniella. Connie is predeceased by her son Lenny and grandchild Danielle. Connie is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Connie is predeceased by her sisters and brothers, Marion Terlizzi, Nancy Nunziato, Theresa Dellasorte, Celia Salvi, James Birrittella, Bernard Birrittella, Peter Birrittella, and Rosetta Damiano. Most importantly, Connie dearly loved her entire family. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren brought her great pride and joy. Connie was an avid food shopper who loved her bargains, fabulous cook and relished in feeding her family. The entire family will miss her dearly, but take comfort knowing the small, strong, and mighty matriarch of our family is at peace and will rest in the comfort of our Lord. Friends may call at the Sinatra Memorial Home, 499 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, NY on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The funeral mass will take place at St. Bartholomew's Church, 20 Roosevelt St, Yonkers, NY on Wednesday April 26, 2023 at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Ferncliff Cemetery, 280 Secor Road, Hartsdale, NY.
