Obituary of Albert Gazzola

Albert "Al" Gazzola of Wellington, FL passed away peacefully on the morning of Tuesday May 9, 2023 after a long, well-fought battle. He was 56. Al was born on January 5th, 1967 in Bronx, NY to Bruno and Carmen Gazzola. He was raised in the Bronx, where he lived for 27 years before moving to Mahopac, NY with his family, and then later Wellington, FL to eventually retire. He earned a Bachelor's of Business Management in 2018 in order to further his career as a devoted engineer and manager at American Sugar Refining. As a dedicated employee of 35 years, he took great pride in his work and cared deeply about his colleagues. Al enjoyed traveling, fishing trips, muscle cars, electronics, and spending time poolside with his children and pets. A steadfast worker, a charismatic friend, and a loving husband and father, he left an indelible mark on the many fortunate folks who got to know him. He will be deeply missed. Al is predeceased by his parents, Bruno and Carmen. He is survived by his eternally loving wife of 30 years, Ann Marie; as well as his beloved children, Cristina and Michael, and his older sister, Denise.
