I have known Alberto for about 15 years and it was invariably a pleasure to see him at Hastings Terrace apartments. It's a much colder world without him. He was always pleasant, helpful, prompt, resourceful, discreet and kind. He used to shovel out the car of an elderly friend of mine when it snowed without being asked and that was just one of many considerate attentions I remember. I feel so sorry for his untimely loss and will never forget how very special he was.
