Joseph (Joe) Aquilino Jr of Bedford Village died Monday, June 19th, at the age of 91, in Mt Kisco, NY. He was born on Jan 7 to Angelina and Joseph Aquilino.

Joe was an army veteran who served during the Korean War. In May of 1957, he married Rose Yozzo and had 2 children, Susan and Joseph. He started working in construction and after started his own landscape business, retiring in 1994.

Joe had a love of life and always had a smile and funny story. He loved to laugh and be with his family. His grandchildren were the love of his life, other than his wife, and he attended any and all of their events that he could.

He is survived by his children, Sue (Jim) Coutu-Parker, Joe (Lisa) Aquilino; his grand­ children, Robert (Stephanie) Coutu, Nicholas (Nick) Aquilino, Abigail (Abby) Aquilino, and Blake Aquilino; his step-grandchildren, Jennifer (Rob) Farmer, Jessica (Morris) Tajman, Jamie Parker, Jayna (Jason) Kasner; his step-great grandchildren, Benjamin Farmer, Parker Tajman, and Fletcher Kasner; and last but not least his sister, Angelina Aquilino and his late sister Nancy Duff.

He was preceded in death by his wife Rose, his parents, Angelina and Joseph, and his siblings: Maria Grace (Benny) Buonassisi Isabel (Pat) Anichino

Thomas (Virginia) Aquilino Mary (Joseph) Yursa Rachel (Joseph) Lillo Dominick (Pat) Aquilino Anthony (Catherine) Aquilino Grace ( Robert) Pierce.
