Gilberte Picani, age 96, of Yonkers died Thursday, June 22, 2023. Gilberte was born March 5, 1927 in Quebec City, Canada the daughter of the late Joseph and Delina (Queret) Paradis. Wife of the late Frank S. Picani who passed away in 2014. Gilberte was the youngest of 18 siblings and is survived by her sister Annette Falardeau and her son Dominick Picani.
Friends may call on Monday from 4PM to 8PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 499 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral mass will be Tuesday at 10:00 at Christ the King Church, 740 North Broadway, Yonkers. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Yonkers.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
