Beth Mannion, sent to us from Heaven, returned to whence she came on August 5, 2023 after a courageous fight with ovarian cancer. Born November 3, 1965 to John "Jack" and Carolyn O'Leary in Mount Kisco. Beth grew up in Bedford Hills and attended Bedford Schools. After graduating from Fox Lane High School with the class of 1983, she went on to earn her Associate's Degree from Westchester Community College and her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Western Connecticut University.

Beth worked for many years at the Bedford Barn, then for several other local businesses, including Save-a-Tree.

In 1999 Beth married the love of her life, Frank Mannion. After the birth of her daughter Kristin in 2002, Beth devoted her many talents to her family and her countless volunteer works.

Over the years she has been a mainstay for the Mount Kisco Memorial Pool Swim Team, Mount Kisco American Youth Soccer Organization, St. Patrick's in Bedford Annual Craft Fair, St. Patrick's in Yorktown Auction – Hot Lunch – Spa – Class Mother and Volleyball, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Kennedy Catholic High School Cross Country and Track Teams, St. Francis of Assisi Parish Council, and the Emergency Shelter Partnership.
