Henry A. Janowski, age 88, of Yonkers died Friday, April 2, 2010. Mr. Janowski was born September 4, 1921 in Bronx, NY the son of the late Joseph and Anna Janowski. He served in the Navy from 1942 to 1945 during World War II. He was employed by Local 45, NYC as a Carpenter. He is survived by two daughters: Jean Moccio and Christine Janowski one brother: Vito Dziekonski Grandson, Michael Moccio; Great Grandchildren, Anthony Moccia, Angelo Moccio and Andrew Moccio Friends may call on Monday from 2 PM to 4 PM and 7PM to 9PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Tuesday at 10:00 at the Funeral Home. Interment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings-on-Hudson.
