Obituary of Donato Palazzo

Donato Palazzo born on July 25, 1932 passed away peacefully on December 19, 2023. Donato was predeceased by his loving wife Maria and his brothers Armando(Elvira), Orazio(Lucia) and his loving sister in law Luigia Miele. Donato is survived by his brother Alberto(Scholastica), Lisa and Joseph Bruno(Lisa-Marie, Joey, Gena, Valentina and Alessio), Anthony and Rose Palazzo(Angela, Bill, Seamus, Aiden and Liam), Armando and Jomarie Palazzo(Kayla, Gabby, Alex and Anthony ), Christina and Kevin Hocutt(Julius and Antonio) and Maria and Anthony Aprile as well as his loving brother in law Francesco Miele. In 1962 after marrying the love of his life, Maria in Italy, Donato came to the United States. His passion was preaching the word of the Lord as a devoted man of the church. Donato took great pride in helping to raise his three nephews Lino(Jennifer), Roberto(Brenda) and Nicola(AnnMarie) Miele as well as their children Frankie, Angelina, Nikko, Giana, AJ, Francesca, Giavanna, Robbie, Daniella and Max and became affectionately known to them as Boo Nonno. Donato was a gentle, humble man and a lover of animals, family and music. He devoted himself to his faith and family and could often be found spending time in his garden. Donato will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
