Though separated by several thousand miles since 2004, Joe remained a true friend in every sense of the word. His quick wit and sense of humor, always evident during our frequent phone visits, never failed to brighten my day. I shall dearly miss my true friend, and extend my sincerest condolences to his loving wife Patricia.
